The Hamilton has been a great place to live. Located near Deep Ellum and Downtown. Natalie and her team have always been responsive and taken care of any of my needs as a resident.
Do not live here. Management is terrible. They are infested with cockroaches. They literally mess everything up. This place is terrible.
No on-site parking for guests. One space per unit, and not a place if you have anyone over. Good price, but you get what you paid for.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AS OF 09.01.2017 They have already made a visible difference and we are looking forward to a NEW and Bright Future at the Hamilton Apartments.
