This hotel is an excellent choice with excellent rooms, excellent location and superior staff. We exclusively want to recognize Virgil, who checked us in upon arrival. From beginning to end, Virgil displayed customer service that is a rarity in today’s service related arenas. He took the time to show us all the amenities on the first floor along with restaurant recommendations including the Korean BBQ restaurant in the hotel. My wife and I just attended our daughter's wedding in the Alpharetta area, and utilized the Hamilton for our accomodations. On the way I perused websites' information and reviews. Most were positive, some not so. It makes you think on the subject but you know how reviews are. We stayed three nights and did not incurr anything negative. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed at the Hamilton for 3 nights. Noteworthy names that were very helpful. Virgil at the front desk. Elle at breakfast. Dillon at the bar. Mike with valet. They made our stay extra special by responding to our often quirky needs. Thank you so very much for being you!
Valet takes about 30 minutes to get your car. Be prepared to wait.
