There are very interesting people here from all walks of life’s of life. A small dog park in the building is a bit of a social hub. There are parties on the roof top organized by the management. they attract a lot of people. But it’s impossible to meet face-to-face with the management. And when you are emailing with them they may suddenly take a leave f absence for 6 months.

Luxury building, horrible management, horrible service. I have lived here for 4 years and I have had many instances where I wanted to leave a bad review and I didn’t. But enough is enough.

Building management are grifters. The second you sign your lease, they will stop responding to you while freely doing unannounced (and probably un permitted) construction, allowing people clog the small gym with their personal training businesses, and otherwise not enforcing basic rules. Enjoy a massive utility bill every month regardless of how little gas/electric you use. Doormen and maintenance guys are great, but would not recommend the building to anyone.

Due to the management company, Goose Property Management, cutting costs, Halo got rid of the position of the doorman who managed the package room. As a result, there is only one doorman who has to man both the front desk & the package room. Such a huge responsibility fo... read more
