Very unresponsive, bad customer service. Overpriced for what you are getting.
I am quite happy with the building. The staff are very friendly, the building events are well organized and a great way to meet new people, and the ambience when you walk in is so serene! I did a lot of research when I was looking and I knew what neighborhood and type of building I wanted so I had no regrets! Ugly
There are very interesting people here from all walks of life’s of life. A small dog park in the building is a bit of a social hub. There are parties on the roof top organized by the management. they attract a lot of people. But it’s impossible to meet face-to-face with the management. And when you are emailing with them they may suddenly take a leave f absence for 6 months.
