Very unresponsive, bad customer service. Overpriced for what you are getting.
I am quite happy with the building. The staff are very friendly, the building events are well organized and a great way to meet new people, and the ambience when you walk in is so serene! I did a lot of research when I was looking and I knew what neighborhood and type of building I wanted so I had no regrets!
