Great buzz in the place with great food
Nice place but too expensive Guinness. �
I had some excellent Artichoke dip. Had a nice atmosphere
Nice neighborhood bar, good snacks and beer. I have not tried a full dinner yet.
We were reminiscing tonight about our visit to The Half King when we holidayed in NYC in 2014. We came off the High Line freezing one late afternoon in March and had the tomato soup and brussel sprouts with bacon. It converted my husband to eating them after hating them for a long time. Yummy food! One of those lucky finds with friendly staff and lovely ambience.
Just as much ‘same’ to keep me comfortable, but just enough ‘different’ to make it my first choice every time. Food is AMAZING.
