Bartender is pretty hot.
Service has gone downhill here. This place used to be top notch. I keep going back hoping it was just a bad day but I'm done. Just this week I waited for 1.5 hours for two appetizers after they were sent to the wrong table. Meanwhile caught our server behind the bar slamming down a shot with the bartender. Then today asked for the check and after 15 minutes of waiting for it, ended up just dropping cash and leaving. Apparently it was a good time to roll silverware. Where is the management? We love this beautiful Irish pub! Even before entering, the feeling of being in Ireland is evident by the bicycle leaning against the wall, the inviting open half door, sounds of laughter, aroma of delicious food. Beautiful old wood bar and booths, a cozy in the corner, a cheerful hello and sit where you want greeting. Lots of interesting signs and pictures on the wall, music always playing. Great food served by happy waitstaff. Always a good time. Every time we return to CT from FL we must go to this favorite haunt of ours.... read more
