Great customer service and delicious food
Hummus was strange, chicken had no flavor, very limited toppings. Where are pickled onions, parsley salads, seasoned meat, anything? If you are familiar with other chicken shawarma dishes around this city you will be dissatisfied. Not worth it at all.
Endured one of the more unpleasant lunch experiences in recent times at the Halal Guys on Pratt St. at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. The poorly worded menu makes it appear that a lamb and beef lunch is a certain price when there is actually an upcharge. I’ve been to several Halal Guys locations, and unfortunately, the The Halal Guys on Pratt Street is by far the worst in Maryland mainly because of the service. There’s a specific staff member (an Indian lady) who consistently skimps on portions to the point where it feels dishonest. What used to be a reliable, satisfying meal now feels like you’re being shortchanged every visit. It’s especially disappointing because this used to be a great, quick spot to grab a bite.
