My family loves this place and the staff is amazing! They always make sure Thor is comfortable when he gets groomed! He hates grooming so it definitely helps him with his anxiety!
Terrible grooming and customer service. Don't ever let Sam cut your dog's hair. My family had an absolutely awful experience. Waited on hold 8:32 to get an appointment. Had to take one of our dogs back to get a re-cut because the first attempt was horrific. I was told, "Maybe we won't trip the legs because it is hard to get the dogs to hold still sometimes." Wow! Isn't that the reason families take their dogs to a groomer in the first place? Then they tried to re-charge me additional money for the re-cut! I had to make them ... read more

Our little Skipper just loves getting groomed at The Hairy Sofa Boutique. Every one is so friendly and we are sooooo Happy with Jamie Skipper's Groomer. Once you try them you will never go anywhere else. :~}

Great personalized service! My fur baby was well taken care of and looked great from her service. The groomers are very personable and treat each guest as their own, highly recommend!
