I love coming to the HairSpa!Its relaxed and everybody is so nice?Shawna does my hair and she is absolutely fabulous!She really takes the time to listen to what goal you're trying to achieve with your hair and then she just BOOM!Makes it happen!I highly recommend you go see Shawna!

Love love love! Everyone is so kind and friendly. I have been her 3 time in the last 3 months because of some health issues where I'm loosing my hair and all 3 times I have been treated with respect and kindness!! I will not go anywhere else. Thanks you for your amazing job! Ps love Shawna

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. and was not told that the hairdresser was running late. I waited over 20 minutes, and when I asked what was going on I finally got an explanation that the hairdresser was running behind And that I would have to wait an extra 5 minutes, so I left. Poor customer service and time management skills!

I love The Hairspa! I've been with Monica for over five years and it never ceases to amazing me how great she makes my hair look! I love the Matrix/Biolage products they use in the salon, which make my hair feel so healthy even after a highlight/color. Highly recommend Monica and the amazing team at The Hairspa on 18th Street on the south side of Lafayette! Several years ago, me and my bridal party had our hair done for my wedding day at The Hairspa and they made us feel so pampered and comfortable!
Amazing women! They do such beautiful work. So lucky to know them.
