Horrible! Never coming back, I couldn't even communicate with my hair dresser because she didnt speak any English and no one helped translate. The first lady I spoke with we agreed one inch off length ( I just wanted some layers in the back which she also only layered the front) and someone completely different cut my hair! She took almost 4 inches off length, and my hair is flatter than before I went in! Im so upset. Never coming back here.
