Emily gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve probably had in a decade. As someone who has curly hair, I’m always hesitant to try a new hair stylist out, but Emily exceeded my expectations!
Booked appt and got confirmation. On my way there I got msg saying they had to cancel and no one else available. They charge 50% for no shows and missed appointment yet when they cancel, nothing! I guess their time is more valuable.
It was my first time coming to this salon, made an appointment for a haircut and got Rachel as my stylist. She was very lovey, personable, and most importantly listened to the vague idea I came in with and executed it better than I could have imagined. 11/10. I'm looking forward to my next haircut with her. The salon itself was very clean and big, and the woman at the front desk was very polite as well! A woman named Teresa did my hair here a year ago. I’m a licensed stylist myself since 2010, (now a stay at home mom of 3) and when I tell you, 9 hours later and 475$, WHOA! For starters my hair was cut with a razor, I have never had my hair cut with a razor, I was so shocked and scared I didn’t even know what to say but at some point I said “I have never had my haircut with a razor”….., she was like “it’ll be super cute” it was like having my hair cut with a knife.
