This place has terrible customer service. I bought several hair extensions and specifically asked if I could return them if they didn’t meet my needs. The employee told me that returns were accepted as long as the packages remained unopened. I opened one package to check the color and texture and realized it wasn’t a good match. When I went back to return the unopened packages, I was told that hair extensions cannot be returned at all. This completely contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. i bought 10 packs of i tips. TEN PACKS for them to become extremely tangled and unusable within 2 weeks. i wish i read reviews but i always thought this was a reputable brand. beyond disappointed. paid $1000+ for garbage

****BUYER BEWARE****So pissed r n. If I could rate a zero I would. I put 4 bundles ea. of the 808 keratin extensions in 2 of my clients hair. The hair was HORRIBLE. Tangled after first wash, non smootheable, very rough which tells me it is not "remy" and the hair cuticle is going every which way. I am now replacing this horrible hair with another more trustworthy brand. Wasted money on 8 bundles of hair. They know exactly what they are selling. Garbage!
