Sofia makes her clients feel taken care of, and I would recommend her to anyone. I usually go for full bleach, then vivid color, and then cut, which can sometimes take up to 5-6 hours (I have naturally black hair), but I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Sofia. With other stylists or salons where I've had these services done, the bleach has burned my scalp at times, but Sofia is super careful to protect my skin and my hair and I haven't had that issue at all. The first haircut I got from Sofia was stellar, the second was one of the worst I had in my life. She went way too short, did exactly what I asked her not to, and it was lopsided. It has taken four months to grow out but I don't know where to go to get my hair fixed, and I'm honestly not very trusting at this point.

I recently moved to Jersey City and am delighted to have found this fun, friendly neighborhood salon. I’ve gotten two great cuts and highlights from Sofia. She is so skilled, kind and attentive and gives amazing head massages!

They gave me the wrong hair cut, had to cut 6inches off to make it work somehow, after I explicitly asked to preserve my length but I'm glad we got to make small talk.

Everyone is super nice. Jahaira listened to what I was looking for and had great recommendations based on my hair type. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely come back.
