Expected better customer service for the price. – The color and cut are good, and the stylists listened to me and I agreed with their recommendations. However, for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. For example, a beverage offering would have been nice, and it did come, after I'd been in the salon for 1 1/2 hours. The floors are filthy and the ceilings and lights in the color area are covered in dust. I expect more at these prices.
Dee is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! – Ok. My first time going to Dee I was a little scared at first. But she greet me shook my hand and at that time I knew she was good I gave her 3 pictures . I had no IDEA what I wanted but somehow she combined those 3 pictures into one haircut ! IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The only thing missing was color so I asked her who does her highligths and she said Anna I went to her and she was AMAZING! anna and dee are the most nicest peole!!!!
Recommend Vance Le – Vance Le always does a great job at cutting and styling my hair. She is by far the best and I have been going to her for two years now and I would recommend her if anyone needs a new hair stylist.
this place is pretty terrible – I grew up going to visible changes and used to love it. I live out of state now, but came back to visit and was excited to go back to my favorite hair salon. Unfortunately Visible Changes seems to have lowered their standards to hiring anyone with a pair of scissors. The lady who man-handled my head during the shampooing must have learned about the subtle art of scalp massage from the UFC, and as for the stylist, I'm pretty sure she was trained by someone akin to Helen Keller. I LOVE VC – Vance Le is amazing!! She does an amazing job. My profile picture was taken the day she cut and styled it. She knows how to cut many different hairstyles. Does anyone know someone who does good coloring?
Great service and employees – I am very happy at Visable Changes. They are great. Easy to get appointments and the staff is friendly and the view from the mall is not an uncomfortable one. I was going to Toni and Guy for like 6-7 years and the owner knew NOTHING about customer service unless you were a hot young male! They recognized you existed outside your appointment and even then it was minimal. Visable Changes sends Happy Birthdays and give you cards with discounts the more you go. Saved my power hair – First let me say it was a Sunday morning when I felt the need to fix my seriously damaged hair that I got form another hair salon the Friday before. I called at 10:30 they made an appoint ment with Tina. Can I say "WOOOW". She fixed my hair in one sitting. She did have to cut some off. But she fixed it along with a snazzy new look that I would have never thought I coud wear. FUNKY is this new style and I feel great about my new look.
