I’ve been going here for years and just recently the place has been smelling horrible. Devon has gave me the worst experience and headache to deal with. I saw a rat run across the floor. Unsatisfactory is the least I can say about the experience. I had a simple trim and she chopped half my hair off and left the other half. I look like an emo guitarist from the early 2000s. I have a basketball game tomorrow…

I went in for my daughter's haircut before school in August for a touch up on her pixie cut. She saw Amy again. Everything was good until she went to buzz the neck area. She snapped my daughters gold necklace. She asked where it was from and then made a comment about "at least it wasn't from Kay's." (This necklace meant alot to her) She didn't offer to cover to fix it or discount off the haircut. She blamed on my daughter for not taking it off before the haircut. I will never return to her. Very unprofessional.
