I give one star because the owner was nice enough not to charge me. I came for a haircut because I spent 3 months in the hospital and my hair was thinning. Rosie cut my hair way too short and instead of taking accountability she tried to gaslight me and tell me that’s what the photo looked like. Me not paying won’t grow my hair back, it was down my back and now it’s up to my jaw, I can’t believe how badly she messed up. She had the audacity to say let it grow and come back. Why would I go back to you?

Rosie is great, and how I found The Hair Lab. She always listens to what I want and is open to making suggestions if I am stumped on what to do. Her blowouts are also great and leave me feeling so refreshed. The salon is very clean and chill. Super easy to get to and with plenty of parking.

I followed Ms. Rosie to The Hair Lab and she is well worth it. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and not afraid to tell you when a color or haircut won’t work for you. That is so rare that she would be honest and suggest alternatives. I have been very satisfied and would follow her all over Houston.
