Made a booking through her website, which requires a deposit pre payment. A day prior to my booking Madison cancels the appointment due to an emergency, which can happen. It has now been 3 months and refuses to refund deposit back. Was considering using her for bridal hair, however due to her ignorance cant be trusted.
Could not be happier with the service from Maddison! Talented! Chilled! Highly recommend.
