Had an 11am appt today with Karen at the Hair Gallery in hendersonville. Karen called the salon at 11:05 to say she was running a few minutes late. I waited until 11:30am - 30 mins after my appt time - and left. The salon staff said she's always late. Karen called me 2 hours later to re-book an appt. Why would a customer re-book with this salon, when the staff doesn't show up on time? Poor way to treat customers and the salon lost revenue. I won't be going back. Hope your experience is a better one.
After waiting almost 30 minutes, Doni never came into the salon for my appointment. It’s been over 2 weeks & she never called me back to explain or reschedule. The front desk person was rude & not helpful at all. I won’t be going back there.
Fabulous salon, wonderful staff, excellent service always! 10/10! Highly recommend in both nails and hair! The best salon of Hendersonville that’s for sure!
I always have such a great experience when I come to get my hair done, Angelina is wonderful!
