Megan I am so sorry you had a bad experience. If you call back and ask for Bryana or Denise we will be glad to take care of you anytime you need it. You should have never been spoke to like that and that is not how we run our business. Again I am very sorry.
I didn't even get my hair cut, but I will never call for an appointment again. I asked just for a cut and what appointments were available that day. The lady said 4pm, but i had somewhere to be by 3:30pm, so I asked for something earleir. The girl had such an attitude!!! And she told me, "then we got nothing for you" and she hung up on me. No kindness in her voice. This salon sounds like they should be on Tabitha Takes Over.
