Horrible experience with Kayleigh. She fried my hair. Did a full foil when I asked for a partial. Didn’t tell me she was doing a full foil. When I voice my concern about it she brushed me off. Called me a liar. Hung up on me. My hair broke off around the crown. Would never recommend or go back. The owner was rude to me as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Came in from out of town and made a last minute appointment with Michelle Baird. Not only was it one of the most relaxing salon visits I ever had but the conversation was great too!! She took attention to detail and made sure I got exactly what I wanted since I was a new client!! Looking forward to a return visit!!
