I originally booked with Patrice at the beginning of February 2026. She texted me, no verbal communication to rattle off her policies or confirm an appointment. That was the 1st indicator that I ignored. She later reached out, via text, and offered March 21st or 28th for my daughter’s appointment. Since we were to be in Vegas on the 21st, I selected the 28th.
