I had an awful experience here with Kathy. She butchered my thick beautiful hair. Somehow my review was removed. It has been over a year and my hair is still not the same. I was going away on the trip of a lifetime a month after this and now I can’t even look at the photos from that trip because of how she destroyed my image and truly my mental health.
