I drove on 244 windows down, singing to the radio and around Delaware hit wall of water and hail. It was pretty traumatic for me, never been in a car during hail storm. But the right side and hood took most damage with a few really big ones. I'd say golfball. The Hail Factor was by my work so it was the first place I went. I felt comfortable around these guys, nice shop! I had my doubts, never had hail repair before. Can not believe how good they did. They're gone! I don't know what kind of trickery they do but its magic.

Brought my AMG Mercedes in for PDR after the recent hail storm. Had damage on pretty much every panel of the car. They charged me a very reasonable price to do the work and did an excellent job! Will absolutely recommend to anyone needing PDR work.
Go to Hail Factor! The owner was straight forward with estimate of time and price and was very friendly. I received the vehicle, and he said he couldn’t get it all out because of the tough position and paint being old. It looks loads better than before! He wouldn’t charge me for the job because he couldn’t get it 100% out. I appreciate his honesty, and I will be a return customer whenever I have any future dings/dents to deal with!
