We have lived in several apartment complexes around Fort Collins over the years and this is by far the best one! Very friendly staff, maintenance team is fast and efficient and very pet friendly community.
We moved into The Habitat in July, and we really do love it. I don’t believe there’s another complex in Fort Collins, CO that’s as accommodating for specific dog breeds as The Habitat is, the community itself is filled with incredibly nice people, and the staff has been more than accommodating for most if not all requests/inquiries we’ve had. We’ve had a great experience thus far, & we’re hoping it continues. 4/5 ⭐️
I enjoy loving here for the community itself. nice people everywhere the staff is also very nice! older apartments wish they weren't up charging so much with a renovation but its foco :)
I have lived in the community for six months. I love how quiet the apartments are. Anytime I submit a service request it is always completed in a timely matter.
This is a great community. I have been here for almost a year and I have continued to love where I live. The property is well taken care of , and the staff and maintenance crew are amazing! Very much a pet friendly place as well. Thanks Habitat!
Great place with salt water pool hot tub and pet friendly can't beat it!
