Outstanding maintenance work! Our bath tub looks better than when we moved in! Lee removed the old cracked and discolored caulking and replaced it with new mold-resistant caulking. Excellent job. Thank you!

Lee the maintenance guy is quick with responding to maintenance requests and goes above and beyond to make sure all your maintenance needs are fulfilled. He definitely wants residents to feel comfortable in their home and shows it through his work. He is on top of it!
