Service was excellent and prompt and courteous. Thank you. Manager is also excellent.
It has come to my attention that management is using video surveillance without knowledge or consent of renters to monitor our personal activities. I am calling a lawyer about this. More recently I complained about maintenance not being performed in a timely manner and my disability is NOT being accommodated. I am deaf and told manager to use my relay number before anyone enters my home; Colleen seemed more interested in arguing with me than actually accommodating my disability. Lee cleared the clogged bathtub drain in no time at all! He cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. He is also friendly and communicate well.
