New management company is terrible! They came in late June and kicked out our manager, right out of her office. Since then, there has been a noticeable decline at this property. Blanton Turner lacks professionalism, zero customer service, are not reliable and are unwilling to work with residents to solve issues. The complex is dirty and not cared for the way it was. Update: Well, now that I have lived here for a few weeks, I'm very happy. I love my apartment. All the things I listed (that could use attention during walk through), were promptly fixed. The key is to E-MAIL or submit through portal. Anytime I have e-mailed, I get a prompt response within 24 hours. It's a super quiet complex (which I love). Tons of cabinet space in kitchen. Stay away from this place. The new ownership group is horrible. They took over the last month I was living there. I couldn't get a move out inspection. I scheduled a meeting in their office and left work early to meet them and they were not there. I emailed them to ask where they were. The eventually emailed me back and said they left for lunch and didn't come back for the day. They used the entire $300 deposit on cleaning and carpet cleaning. Plus another $33. We work with The Habitat as a vendor. Colleen is great to deal with and brightens our day whenever she comes in. She is always on the ball when getting parts for tenants at The Habitat. I would live there in a heartbeat!
