I ordered a take-out order there at the establishment. The order included a Santa Barbara burger with an extra patty, but when I arrived home there was no extra patty, for which I was charged ."an extra $2. When I phoned, I got an AI generated voice but kept insisting that I speak with someone and was eventually connected to a "human," only to be told to go online and fill our "a form."
