Got the wrong item, Was given a buzzer for my replacement order. The buzzer never went off! So after ten minutes of not getting my replacement order I complained, I was told my food would be on the counter. I asked why I was given a buzzer that was not going to be working then? They said it was going to go off eventually but my food had been sitting there waiting. No one told me my mood was ready. It was a total of 30minutes minimum to get a $5wrap? What a joke of a business you run.
Storytime.. My finance and I mobile ordered our food on the app for the Newbury Park location, and went to order thousand island dressing for dipping, and unfortunately they don't have that option as a dip on the app. Not necessarily a big deal. As we pickup our food, we asked if we could get a small side of thousand island, and were informed that we would have to get it from the register, mind you...
