I had ordered lunch there today and when I got my char burger, and started eating it, there were two black Ish brown hairs in my sandwich.
I’m not sure what happened to your quality control but the Santa Barbara Cobb salad I just ate was not up to the standard I have experienced in the past. The lettuce was brown around the edges, tomatoes were mushy. There wasn’t any blue cheese on it but a white cheese that was torn apart by hand. We were told you were out of eggs so I added my own at home. Disappointing meal.
