I want to report a poor experience with my order. My food was already prepared but sat for over 30 minutes without being called out or given to me, and I was not informed when I asked about the wait. I was also charged for an extra ranch. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of communication and long wait after the food was ready was frustrating, and I’d like this to be noted. At the Fairfield, ca habit Julie took my order.
No stars! Terrible service, kept asking us over & over when we were ordering are u sure, just wanna make sure” did not give a buzzer out, did not call out loud, or say our number on the receipt, left food on the counter. Every & All the tables were dirty, we asked for them to come to clean our table and they all looked at each other and never came!
