Last week I opened the door and was screamed at by 2 employees, "we're not open." OK, I was in and it was after 10am, before 10:30. Today I walked in at 10:20 am. The employees started saying they are not open. I waited until 10:34 because it says they open at 10:30. The doors were locked. The sign facing the parking lot says"Open". If the staff had at least communicated to me that they open at 11, or something, ir could have been no issue.
Love the food but the wait can be really long even if they are not busy.
Weve been coming to The Habit for years... never again. Let's be real, they're burgers are good, but so are lots of other places. What made TH a standout was the menu. The new menu leaves out the albacore tuna sandwich and the coffee shake. They're items that made TH unique. No reason to ever go back. Really disappointing. Such an incredibly dumb decision.
