Terrible customer service. The young ladies at the register lack people skills and are very dismissive, passive aggressive and rude. This is a newer Habit location and is the closest one to my home. I was excited to be able to eat here frequently with my son when it was first built; Habit is our favorite hamburger spot. Drive-thru shouldn't take 30 minutes. I placed a mobile order and get a text at 11:25 that my order is ready. Okay, great. I get there and find the doors are locked with a sign saying we have to go through drive-thru. Okay fine, I'm in line by 11:31. It takes me 30 minutes to reach the window to pick up my food! Upon receiving it, I open it up and touch the burger patty and guess what, it's Stone cold.
