I don’t know how the regular fare is here, but if you’re after a vegan burger don’t even give it a try. The burger is a tasteless mashup of veggies, and the bun is some sort of dry sponge. These days with all the amazing new vegan burgers like Beyond and Impossible, this really stands out for the worse. My kids took one bite, I managed two.
I had a really disappointing experience with Santana. I called in a phone order and provided all my card information. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived, not only had the order not been placed, but I was also met with rudeness and zero accountability. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault.
