Best customer service we have ever had. The shift leader/manager Eric went above and beyond expectations. Employees were all super nice and full of smiles. 10/10. Food was greatcas always.
Destinee and crew provide hot, fresh food that has good flavor at a reasonable price. We have eaten here plenty of time, but I felt the need to post the review now. Most of the time, people complain and seldom build up. I was once to told to catch people doing something right. Tonight, this team did it right.
I had a great experience at The Habit in Lodi. I came in just a few minutes before closing, and instead of rushing me, the staff kindly insisted that I place my order and made me feel completely welcome. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers. Great food and even better staff—thank you for the excellent service! Highly recommend.
