The good, the bad and the ugly. First off, the good. They brought back the tropical tea. Great move! Food quality is good also. Staff is friendly. The bad? Tables are continually filthy. Even asking for one to be wiped down didn't help. The ugly? The floors were greasy and dirty when we were there. If these things get better, I will come back and bump up to 5 stars.
My family loves coming to this location because the staff and service is fantastic! The managers are super kind and it’s such a warm environment. Really nice location with an outdoor eating area and a water fountain. Good food and good value but it’s really the people that make this place special. We’ll continue to be regular returning customers. 😊
I’ve always loved The Habit Burger, and their Brimhall location continues to deliver with friendly, fast, and courteous staff who make the experience that much better. One of the biggest highlights for me has been their Impossible Burger — a fantastic option for anyone avoiding meat. Just ordered a couple of their Fresh salads, the Santa Barbara Cobb and the mango miso crunch. Both were delicious and the tomatoes on the Cobb were so tasty! The miso dressing goes really well with the cabbage on the mango salad.
