This is the best gym for weight training enthusiasts, it's everything you've heard about in that regard. That being said if you are allergic to dogs, don't go here. They let people bring their dogs. I didn't know when I had signed up, but my girl liked the place so I didn't cancel. Then when she was down to cancel it I couldn't because I'm in a contract. The gym looks nice and has a nice aesthetic, but the people are work. They are the worst customer service people. I think I’ve ever met in my entire life. They’re very rude not helpful and don’t know anything about their own gym. call to answer some of my questions about the gym and got put on hold for 20 minutes and still had no answer and I had to call a second time because the first time they just hung up in my face so if I were you, I’d most likely support, Amarillo town club or crunch fitness and the prices are honestly... read more
This gym is awesome! I really love the equipment and the overall positive, motivating atmosphere. It’s a great place to work out and stay consistent. The only area where it falls a bit short is restroom cleanliness. On the last three occasions I’ve used the restroom, the toilet paper dispenser and soap dispenser were empty and toilet seat soiled. Update: to the owner of the gym, NO, THIS REVIEW WAS NOT FAKE!!!! This actually happened. The man I spoke with when I went up there was hispanic, short, chubby, & carried a shake with him everywhere he went but never drank any. He kept walking away, saying he'd be right back. I called in the morning & went in to sign up about 5:30 that same evening.
