A Good Neighborhood fitness center. It is very clean with advance athletic equipments. Staff is very courteous .
This is the best gym in town and in the region! Their equipment is updated often and well maintained. I’ve been a member for 17 years and I can honestly say I never have to wait on equipment. It is large and is a good space for both women and men. My favorite is the AMT, but they have anything you could want. I only got as far as the front desk but what I did see looked very nice. I was only in town for a few days and wanted a day pass. It was $20 a day or $40 for two weeks, so I skipped a couple workouts. Couldn’t justify $20 for an hour workout.
