Recently had a bad experience at the store, but it was followed up on by owners and employees at the store. It's very rare you find people to go out their way to make good on a problem. Look forward the future dealings at The Gun Store with good people that value customer service.
well I have had 2 negative incidents here 1st I am a retire LEO and a Certified Firearms instructor and my son is also LEO. When there approx. 1 yr ago 5 college age kids on range as we were checking place out. From outside the shooting range windows we observed the kids in there shooting and walking around the 5 port area unsupervised. The were pointing their firearms in all directions. Stopped in after hearing about the "automatic experience" and shot both the MP-5, and Thompson. It was something I had always wanted to try and they made it happen. From everyone I dealt with to the quality of the shop and range, it was great, and I would highly recommend it!
The "ONLY" place to go....Very helpful, friendly staff and owners..
I had a lesson with Brian this morning. It was the best decision I made. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly how to handle my gun. I highly recommend him and the store! I will definitely be back as will my family. There are plenty of lanes in the gun range too! Thank you Brian and The Gun Store!
