RecommendedI was coming down Powers Ferry Road in Cobb County when another driver made a sudden left turn in front of me. I couldn’t avoid her and t-boned her car. I had to have shoulder surgery and the insurance companies didn’t think it was related to the accident. I finally hired Michael Gumprecht and he filed a lawsuit, and after he took their depositions they finally caved in and paid 100% of all the policy money to avoid trial and get the case settled.
