I found this periodontist online and was encouraged by the many positive reviews. I made an appointment in person about a month ago, paid a $100 deposit on the spot, and paid the remaining $280 balance three business days in advance as required. However, the day before my appointment, I received a call claiming they couldn't find my transaction details and asking me to provide proof of payment for both transactions.
