Dr Fady Bassily is an exceptional Doctor. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain his treatment plan. His treatments are pain free and his sense of care for his patients is amazing, regardless of how complicated the treatment is.

Dr Paul Tsai was amazing. Not only was he super friendly but comforting, reassuring, lovely, wonderful bedside manner and not to mention - a great singing voice! Not only was Dr Tsai awesome, so was the team, the dental assistants to the lovely receptionist, Donna. They are all so accommodating and genuinely nice superb human beings.
At The Gum Specialists, they look after you. From the moment I stepped in for a consult to now, after my course of treatment is finished they still care about how I am doing. I was warmly welcomed, all of the staff really know their stuff and Dr Paul Tsai has been absolutely amazing. You can tell this is a practice that is passionate about their craft and cares for every one of their clients. The staff always made sure I felt comfortable and provided me with ample options. I recommend the Gum Specialists very highly.
