I'm growing very tired of repeated issues with staff incompetence. You're dealing with people's mental health, laziness, small oversights, and screw ups can have horrible consequences for your patients!
actual therapist are great. every other aspect sucks. what do they pay these people for. in 3 years ive seen my case manager twice because she cancels every single appointment, is out sick, doesnt reschedule. so much red tape. ive lost my rx twice ebcause they didt cancleed my apointment to see the lady who writes the rx'es. thank god for sam hobbs he hqs helped me tons with cognative therapy but the rest of the office is useless. i noly go becaue i have no other options.
I appreciate the work you do and the commitment you have for the children in Our neighborhoods. I also love that this community supports the work that you do. The success of a non-profit organization ALWAYS depends on the entire staff doing their utmost best to provide the services promised, create more sources for funding and most of all keeping their long term supporters involved and interested.
