The Gubb team were very responsive to our initial needs and were able to get our apartment listed quickly, which included professional photographs. Once listed, the apt was shown for a few days and provided us with a highly potential renter. With David's guidance, the terms of the lease were negotiated and agreed to in a short time. We have owned this property for four years, and have rented the apartments a couple of times each.....but have never had such an easy and stress-free process. From start to finish Chris did everything she possibly could to help us with our search and then ultimately getting us our first home. She would email at 5am and be on the phone with us late at night strategizing, always available. She is a joy to work with and now a great friend. I can't say enough about Chris. She is simply the best, period.
One thing I can say about David is the he is extremely patient. My wife and I were on and off looking for a home for approx 2 years and during that time David was not only extremely knowledgeable but understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. David had many great suggestions and ideas during this tough real estate market. I was also very impressed on how skillful he is in negotiating. We recently finally landed a home that we loved and all I can say is THANK YOU DAVID!!
