Had a chance to visit the Guardian Brewing Company in Muncie this weekend after dropping off a kid at Ball State and was very pleasantly surprised. The outside doesn't look like much and as hot as it was nobody was sitting on the patio but inside was a real treat. This place has Great vibes and I can see if you are in town and come here on one of the nights they have activities that the place would be really hopping. Nice place, good pizza, good prices, nice staff. Update: Don't trust the staff to know what's on the pizzas. I don't eat beef and couldn't remember if stake was on the pizza I was ordering. So I asked the waitress who confidently said it wasn't. She was wrong. Always check what the menu says and don't trust the staff to know. This was my only negative experience. I have been here many times.

I understand it was busy tonight be of the Garfield and first Thursday events, but waiting 40+ minutes for a pretzel bites app is insane... then to add more insult it was served to me in a to go container?! ... five minutes later someone from the kitchen comes by with a basket of pretzel bites and cheese, and asks if they're mine, and I'm like nope apparently mine are in this container, even though I've been sitting there ordering drinks waiting for that basket ... incredibly rude to be served a to go container when you've b... read more
