I live in South Waterfront and get growlers filled from their great selection of beers and ciders. They are always very friendly and helpful by letting you try various beers and/or cider samples before selecting what you would like to purchase. Have not yet tried any of their food offerings yet. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Went in there on Thursday night after just moving to the area for school. Not really what I was hoping for. It's probably ok to fill up a growler and go right back home lol. Like some of the other reviews have said, it's not the best place to go for knowledge, the woman who served me told me she isn't even a beer drinker, not sure why you would share that info at a place like this lol. I am giving one star now. I had originally given 2 stars, but it seems the management took my review off. Since they are tryng to suppress negative reviews, I figure I will keep a it. The staff here is knowledgeable, the manager is not. I went in looking for stouts and get offered brown ale because it is a "dark beer." The food is awful. The manager herself cooked my friend a hot dog with a cold bun. It's the SoWa, I'm not expecting anything reasonably good down there, but this place is a blown opportunity for a decent place... read more

Hi Jacob - I am sorry you did not have a good experience at our Growler Guys. We did get your review on Friday night and responded to it immediately. We did notice it was taken down about an hour after our response. We do not have the capabilities to delete reviews off of Facebook. Our only thought is, Facebook deleted the post due to the profanilty.
I picked up the Ayinger Brau Weisse just before it ran out! The staff and owner are great and know their stuff! Il be coming back here a lot!
My guy friends are big beer lovers and when they came to town i just had to take them here! They had a blast and loved the service and atmosphere as did I! Great place to come with friends
Best consistent customers service I have ever had at a bar!!! Great beer and selection....
