Hour wait in lobby after scheduled appointment happened not once but four times. Office is not that clean and has a terrible smell and some staff and doctors are not friendly enough nor have enough patience to be working with kids
They can make it so you can book more than 2 weeks out because its all over the place with booking. They can make sure there staff is good because only a few of them are friendly. I have actually had to stop the exam with one dr she was so rough. We only stayed so long because of Dr. Mack. They were far better though before Duke took over.
Every since they have been taken over by duke, they have went down hill!! We have been here for 15 years and we are leaving!! They rush you out, don’t take time to listen to what is going on with your child, and suppose to take 48 hours for paperwork to be filled out!! YEAH RIGHT!! Dropped off my daughters sports physical to be completed on Monday and hadn’t received a call so went to pick up and it’s not ready nor can they find it!! HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Saw Dr Mac for the first time today and he said something pretty awesome, "I'm a doctor; it's who I am, not what I do." Everyone was super nice and helpful.
Criteria to work here must be you have to be a miserable nurse and hate your job
This place is trash. My child did not want to get a shot and hopped off the table. Then pinned her down on the ground to give it to her
