The rent amount has always been an excellent deal and the residents are all very nice although there is a multiple language barrier. Now that we have a full-time manager he's doing a great job, and the grounds look much better than they did and we have an excellent maintenance guy. Overall a great place and good value.

Last year 2023 I applied with this place and the Manager Zachary who is supposedly no longer there took $25.00 money order for background check made all these promises that he never kept. We never heard back from him. This year a new employee is there and said Zachary got fired due to incompetence. He found my file and no money order or background check done. The place looks lovely but the manager was very unprofessional. I applied in mid December ‘23 and the manager (Zachary Williams) told me that I qualified for an available unit that would be $900 dollars less than my current apartment. Awesome right! Paperwork was completed and he said that once everything was confirmed the unit was mine. At one point he asked for bank info. I sent that in straight away and he said it looked good. It's affordable housing, so it depends on your income. You would have to apply to find out how much rent would be for you. BUT MARKET VALUE at the moment for a 2bed 1 bath is approx $1,750.00 or so....
