Betty is so awesome! I love her work ethic, the way she does my hair and how she teaches me to keep my hair healthy.
I feel beautiful and cared for every time! Andrea transforms my straight mouse brown hair into silvery-gold curls, and I enjoy the wide range of hair and beauty products, jewelry and little artsy finds. I feel pampered here and look forward to my visits!!

I've been coming to the Boulevard for many years, Blanca has done such a wonderful job with my hair (and I am picky). Whether last minute or style changes, she is always more than accommodating. I love the ambiance that is being created now and as always the customer service is the BEST.
Love this shop. I've been coming here for about 12 years starting when I lived in EG. Now I live in El Dorado Hills and still come here. Andrea is the BEST!

Brenda always does a great job! Groovy music and overall cheerful environment. I'll be back in a couple months. Also, their stations are fairly private so that was cool.
