RecommendedLocation, cleanliness and friendly staff
Liers and will con money out of everyone. Maintenance are liers and management believes them which makes them just as bad. charges will pop up without explanation. DONT LIVE HERE unless you want scammed out of every dime you have. Demi is just as much of a lier as maintenance staff. multiple damages charges that dont exist. my recommendation if your living there GET OUT and if you have any unexplained charges report them to the BBB and get a lawyer. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND A CLASS ACTION SUIT FILED
This apartment community truly is one of a kind. The trees and landscaping are gorgeous, and the apartments themselves are lovely and full of character. The leasing office is also incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
A family member is moving here in June due to location and amenities...the laundry facilities in apt and the pool gated community are top notch.
