I'm very sorry for doing a review earlier. I had just gotten to the Grove of Northbrook. I should have given myself a little more time here before doing a review. I feel sorry for a lot of the people here meaning residents. Some of the residents go around all day smelling like urine. I was very nice to these people. There was one incident that came up and all they had to do was wait for the second results of my test. But no they couldn't wait. Family member had been there for over five years. Filthy,disgusting should be negative stars. All the five stars on here must never go inside. The place is terrible place to put your loved one’s.

I'm at the Grove of Northbrook for rehab. So far my stay here has been great. The staff is wonderful. They work very well with you in physical therapy. The staff is easy to talk to and listen to any problems that you are having and takes care of them right away. I would recommend the Grove to anyone looking for a place for physical therapy or assisted living

I have a family member living at the Grove of Northbrook who is being cared for at a level I never thought possible! Thank you to the staff and caregivers for your wonderful service. There's also great food and interesting activities. I felt the need to share since this is such an important decision.

Dont go there if you got business that needs handling outside that facility.....Once you get there it's nothing but lies and deceit coming from the administrator and social workers......If you want to do things outside the facility, you going have to get supervised and have family take you out the buidling.......This is a place where you go and die at!
