My dad became a long-term care resident at The Grove in Jan '25 after bouncing around multiple rehab centers. I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. Their proactive approach and communication helps me sleep better at night. Most importantly, the entire team, from the social workers, to the physical therapists to the nurses, genuinely care about the residents.

I'm very sorry for doing a review earlier. I had just gotten to the Grove of Northbrook. I should have given myself a little more time here before doing a review. I feel sorry for a lot of the people here meaning residents. Some of the residents go around all day smelling like urine. I was very nice to these people. There was one incident that came up and all they had to do was wait for the second results of my test. But no they couldn't wait. Family member had been there for over five years. Filthy,disgusting should be negative stars. All the five stars on here must never go inside. The place is terrible place to put your loved one’s.

I'm at the Grove of Northbrook for rehab. So far my stay here has been great. The staff is wonderful. They work very well with you in physical therapy. The staff is easy to talk to and listen to any problems that you are having and takes care of them right away. I would recommend the Grove to anyone looking for a place for physical therapy or assisted living
