I'm 37 now and I used to go here since I was a teenager. But now it's kind of gone down hill. Front desk messes things up too much. The assistants and the new Dr are very rough. When they checked my gums they were extremely rough on them. I've never experienced that before and my new dentist doesn't do that either. Then the price, they're incredibly expensive. I love North Canyon Dentistry! I've been going to Dr Mack for over 25 years.He and his staff are amazing! Dr. Souza is also outstanding! You can be confident when seeing either dentist that youll be well taken care of!! Karla is a wonderful dental hygienist, always takes her time, and is very friendly. Cathline in the front office is exceptional! Today she took the time to be sure my copay was correct. I can't say enough positives about North Canyon Dentistry!!
I have been a patient of North Canyon dentistry for years. After my dental hygienist, Danielle left a couple years ago I felt like the standard of care has gone down. I have been having pain with my jaw and the referral specialist they gave me doesn’t even specialize in what I needed. I had also called multiple times during their office hours with no answer or response until the next day. I loved Dr Mack so it’s upsetting to see the change with this business.
Our family has been coming to North Canyon Dentistry for years!!! We love Dr Mack! Had a great visit with Carla today! Thank you for taking great care of us all! The office staff is very friendly, whole office is very nice!
I've been going to see Dr. Mack since 2000. His staff has always been kind, thorough, and personable. They always remember what I'm doing with my life, even though I would only go in every six months for cleanings. They really value their patients and it shows. Dr. Mack is also a fantastic dentist. He is always on the cutting edge of any new dental procedure and I've never ever had an issue after a filling or any other dental work.
