I do not recommend living here. These apartments are poorly maintained and have a TON of bugs. Non stop roaches and mice. I’ve had various maintenance issues since moving in from AC, not working during the heat of the summer, to the AC leaking on my carpet, to other units pipes, bursting and leaking in my apartment, to My sink leaking for almost 2 weeks before it was corrected. Went down hill pretty quick under new management.
Maintenance is very fast. The complex is quiet and maintained. But the office never answers the phone! Also the pool area seriously needs some renovations as there are no umbrellas, and the chairs are very moldy.
If you live under someone with a dog or dogs and heavy feet people prepare to have a miserable stay. EVERY DAY & NIGHT’s of the sleeping hours you hear the celling making noises and people foot steps , if they have animals with no training even worser they run on the celling all times of the day and night sounding like thunder when its a perfect day outside, i have reported it and i see no change whatsoever. Very disgusting !
