Unfortunately, my experience at The Grove at White Oak was very disappointing. During my last month living there , I found multiple mice inside my apartment and I had to terminate my lease early. I could not live in those uninhabitable conditions. These apartments are very old and have constant maintenance issues from the washer and dryer not working properly and leaky faucets. I have to give credit where credit is due. I am revising my review after a wonderful experience with the maintenance team and the office staff. After a short trip, I returned home and was unable to get inside. The lock was completely jammed, and I could not enter my unit. I called the emergency line, and although I was a little nippy, they handled everything with grace. I apologize for my rudeness because it was not deserved. I do not recommend living here. These apartments are poorly maintained and have a TON of bugs. Non stop roaches and mice. I’ve had various maintenance issues since moving in from AC, not working during the heat of the summer, to the AC leaking on my carpet, to other units pipes, bursting and leaking in my apartment, to My sink leaking for almost 2 weeks before it was corrected.
