If I could give this place 0 stars I would. These apartments are bad, their cheap but you get less than what you pay for. I move here about a year and a half ago and was moved because of a bad leak that was never fixed and when they did “fix” it they left a huge hole in my ceiling for about a month. All my requests for minor fixes were never filled. They moved me to a new apartment and all was good...until about 6 months in my ceiling started leaking again. The new staff does a great job
Before new management this wasn’t the place we’re i seen my family living since new management this place has really improved
My daughters car window was shattered last night due to an attempt ed break in. Scary part was that it occurred right outside her apartment which is near entrance and her car has a very visable alarm light so these thieves are not afraid. Apparently, the apartment complex lacks any type of parking lot safety so if you're a resident be on alert, you could be next.
The apartment complex is older, but the complex grounds are well maintained. The complex is quiet, no drama. I would like to see my appliances replaced as they are older, but my understanding is that they are replacing the newer apartments first, then get to the older apts.Also, I was told they are getting washer/dryer hook ups, The staff is very professional..willing to listen. I know they have a lot of units to take care of, and sometimes it takes a while, but for the most part the maintance is done in a timely manner. If ... read more
We have lived here since April and we are very happy with our experience here. The office staff has done a great job with going the extra mile to ensure that we have our concerns resolved. Brittany, the office manager has been really great and she really cares. The complex is quiet and we feel safe here. The parking lot is well lit. They also have a dog-friendly policy. We have really enjoyed living here. The only downside for us is the gym. There is only one treadmill that works and no other cardio machines. We wish the gym... read more
My little family and I have had a pretty good experience here. We have lived in a one and two bedroom apartment, as well as a townhouse here. The office staff has always been willing and helpful with any problems that we have. The only downsides are that Tates Creek gets busy during rush hour, so getting in and out can sometimes be annoying.
