So glad I made it out of this place. I hope in the past few years major changes have taken place. Also got pregnant here but that was my fault. Would definitely check out apartments before signing ANYTHING and make sure your appliances work and look at the ceilings/carpet! ** after seeing management had changed I would like to note this was not recent. It seems their current team takes things a lot more seriously thankfully.

My boyfriend had an issue with his tub and sink and Josh and Earl came right over to fix it. They do great work and they're super friendly, someone should give them a raise. 😊
Lived there under 6 months and bought out my lease. The place was horrible and the management is worse.
The staff and maintenance is awful. They have already went through 3 different managers just this year. They never fix anything. They are never in the office. -000000000000! Do not sign a lease with this place.

Nice community location minutes from downtown Lexington!
Alaina is definitely one of the best landlords you could have. She truly cares about her residents and tries hard to remember everyone’s name and which apartment they live in. They are older apartments and I do feel the rent is a little too expensive for what you get. But they are in a decent location of town. Not far from downtown and Nicholasville Rd.
Just avoid renting from Towne Properties!
